It is not often I like both book and film, with these I do. Your quote reminded me of a book of letters by Karen Blixen (Letters from Africa 1914-1924 - Dutch Translation) I have, still unread. It will fit into my 2013 reading 'nature and landscape' project perfectly. Jill 13/02/2013 12:35
I loved both the film and the film score. In fact, I bought the soundtrack - the Mozart piece is still in my favourite music top 10. When I hear it played, in my minds eye I can recall the shots of Africa taken from the plane ... am there already ...
