The scent is heavenly but the leaves of the heliotrope have given me fingers which burn. I've had an allergic reaction - my index fingers and thumbs, and my nose cheeks and forehead where I have touched them are bright red and painful. Gloves are a must now when I am handling this plant!

Has anyone else been Kondoing? This week is books. I have an awful lot of books. I love my books, but I can't read so well as I used to.....

The thing is they might come up with a cure for my eye condition! (AMD). So I think I must ask of each book If I could see again clearly would you still spark joy?

I’m sorry to hear that. I do hope the rash is abating. My husband had a UV triggered reaction to hogweed. Another one to be very careful with.
The trouble with Kondoing at present is not being able to find anywhere to move things on to unless complete rubbish. We used to have regular table sales but of course that isn’t possible now.

I've also got a few piles of clothes, of books with nowhere to take them. My hope is that I don't simply put them back in drawers or on shelves before I can get them out of the house.

It's red nose day here but I am not laughing! It is fading slowly thanks lucille. My stuff is piling up in the guest room...no guests for a while I guess.

I have also read that the leaves of this are v toxic to pets! Don’t let dogs or cats nibble them.
