Here in uk the clocks have changed, the weather has changed and the rules have changed (are continually changing) and I felt it would be all too easy for me to just shut down, numb myself with warnth, food, drink, chocolate, TV, or whatever, and hibernate for the duration.
So I did some Wim Hof breathing (see his free mini course here) and took a cold shower!
I feel more alive already.
I want to actively live this winnter, not just get through it. :-)
