I'm cooking little starters and dainty desserts.
Some of you will know that my husband does most of the cooking. (Lucky me! He asked me once to teach him to cook. I taught him everything I knew and then left him to it....)
But inspired by French Women Don't Get Fat (see here) I've been trying some of Mireille Guiliano's simplest dishes to compliment and add interest to our meals. I'm really enjoying it and remembering how lovely whole milk is, and butter, and real chocolate, good cheese and nice wine....and still the extra pounds are slowly disappearing. It's an intelligent book (and the secret's in the portion size...)
What are you cooking?
