Simply..lost it!

I somehow managed to lose tonight's longish post so instead I offer you this, which I jotted down from some magazine article....

Stand up straight.
Smile.
Dress well.
Be kind.

and may i add:
when the phone rings, pause, smile, and then answer....your smile will "come through" on the line.
