Simply..make up your mind....

..about something you have been dithering about.

Do you find yourself thinking 'I could just do it tomorrow' these days? Especially if you are in lockdown?

Such daily dithering over small decisions had become a habit until recently when my word for the year came to my rescue. My word is stronger (did you choose a word way back then?). What a choice for this challenging year! But wouldn't it be wonderful if I feel a stronger person at the end of it?

So when I found myself thinking Will I do this now or will I just leave it till tomorrow ' I made myself ask Would it make me stronger to do it now? The answer is not always yes, but it usually is!

Would it make me stronger to deal with this issue?

Would it make me stronger to take this action?

I can ask this question of almost any thought and yes, I feel more positive, more active and  happier.

It might be tthat you have been dithering over a big important decision. Try asking this question and think of the relief you will probably feel when you have made up your mind!

I assume that that combination of Cointreau, clementine and hot water, is taken for medicinal purposes: no pesky virus could get past that!
I like your trendy haircut (seen in the mirror).

Now that I look again at my reflection it makes it look as though the bottle of Cointreau is super giant sized! Hilarious!

I was rather cheered to get a glimpse of you in the mirror and if that is also a selfie haircut then I think you have a new profession open to you!

I used to cut my children’s and my husband’s hair having taught myself from a book by Vidal Sassoon, but doing my own is an entirely different matter. Though with the amount of practice I am getting....

I look as if I am hiding behind the bottle, do';t I! Do you think it is true that the work expands to fill the time available Cathy?

Such good advice, Freda, both re the decision making and the drink. my problem isso many small decisions have been deferred thait will take more strenght thani have to tackle them. but i must do it one at a time.

I wonder how many decisions we actually make in a day! Hundreds, but as you say, one at a time...
