Very much so, but within a limited colour range. Raspberry pink, fuchsia Lilac, and silvery greys being my favourites. Do you?

Your garden is looking spectacularly beautiful just now and very cheerful. The header reminds me of someone I worked with whose mantra was " Happy, miserable? Your choice". Sometimes not easy, though.

How interesting. According to my current book, happiness is a choice.

I go in and out of my back door and into the garden countless times a day, and always with a sense of pleasure and release and to look, even, as now, when there are windfalls lying about and everything is untidy and fading. Whether it's one item in a cleared space or a garden, it is good to look and be in the moment. Thank you for the nudge your pictures gave me.

What my current book would call moments of mindfulness. Lovely.

They take my breath away when I draw the curtains in the morning.

We're not so spectacular around here yet so thank you especially for these glorious pictures! Next door's cherry tree is just starting to tinge scarlet at the edges and I am looking forward to enjoying the beauty of that very soon.

Every plant seemed to colour at the same time this year!
