Have you heard of a reverse advent calendar?
Every day you put something in a box and on Christmas Eve you give it to a food bank or similar..
Nice idea for the children and not too late to start?
What is yours?

What an uplifting start to the day - thank you! It's nice to have some different music in my head now too - the same cd of Christmas songs has been on loop for the last two days at the Christmas fair... Final day today. Love the reverse advent calendar - that's given me some ideas.

The reverse advent calendar is a great way of showing that Christmas should be a time for giving and sharing rather than simply receiving.

A coffee shop in our town is where I heard of the idea - they are collecting for a food bank.

Joyful indeed! And a wonderful reminder that i need to dance more often....we used to dance all the time...when did that stop?

We do get out of the habit don't we? I know an 85 year old who was looking for a Zumba class. The keep-fit classes she was going to were too boring!
