  I was thrilled to receive these narcissus from the Scilly Isles today.  They are scenting the whole house with their perfume of springtime. I am signing off for a week or so. Perhaps you would enjoy a browse through Simply Beautiful? Or Simply Inspirational? I wonder if any signs of spring will have reached you when I return..

After 1C today, we are supposed to hit 18C Saturday and19C on Sunday, so I imagine some sign of Spring should start showing up soon. Love your narcissus--so lovely.

I can almost breathe in that scent from here! We are on the cusp of spring. I saw a Japanese cherry just starting to blossom the other day. Enjoy your break Freda. X

I hope you see many more signs of renewed life while you are away. The sun is shining brightly here. There are daffodils opening on the verges and I heard a skylark singing.

Our weather in West Virginia, USA, is ridiculously warm for february..it will be in the high 60F's all week..i suspect many trees will start budding...tulips are up but not flowering yet..we have missed winter altogether here...had about 4 inches of snow once, but it did not last.
