Storm Ciara is making a lot of noise out there, but in here all is hygge.

Seriously stormy here too... writing this while we still have power! Hope yours has stayed on. A good day for reading in front of the fire. Have just lit mine but at the moment all the heat seems to be getting sucked up the chimney with the wind! I find storms quite exciting to watch as long as the house stays in one piece and things don’t start flying past the window... Spoke too soon... there goes a garden chair!! Stay warm and cosy.

I’ve been thinking of you all day, Freda...and all our UK friends...hope everyone is safe and snug, ...your fire looks so inviting..i couldn’t help wondering what treat you might be enjoying in that bowl! We’ve been snowed in for a few days and eating tapioca pudding...:-)
