I have signed up to The Optimist Daily today and loved the item about the community in West Bengal who imptoved their environment and their lives beynd recognition by planting trees twenty years ago.

Officialdom and bureaucracy can do what they like on bits of paper but I live on the continent of Europe and am and will always be, happilly, European!

Thank you for this one freda. It reminds me of a magazine i subscribed to for many years called: ode.
Only good news! And there is so much of it...another worthy person to read about is david hakken. He is doing excellent work on the environmental front..there is much good happening in the world, and it’s uplifting to be reminded1
