This could turn into Thirteen Kinds Of Rain - gentle, smirry, and summer downpours so far...

One from the archives here. July 2011. It was a very warm day and just as I carried the lunch tray out of the door to eat in the garden this happened! The sky was still blue  and I think it was the fact that the sun was still shining that made the rain show so well in the photograph. Do you get these short sudden cloudbursts on hot days where you are?

I once lived in Cyprus and when rain came at the end of the long hot summer we all ran outside and danced in it until we were soaked. Can't say we do that here...
