The banner picture is the view from The Boathouse the other day..

Another blog holiday coming up, so I thought I'd leave you with some images of the Scottish Sculpture Park at Caol Ruadh where I've been artist in residence for a few weeks now. I'm going to be at The Boathouse the weekend of Cowal Open Studios 21 -24 September, showing my paintings with Tighnabruaich Gallery, including some new ones done while I've been there, and I'm planning to teach Drawing For Non Artists there as a five day intensive course next summer. (Details soon.)

Isn't it beautiful? I've loved my time here.

Happy Holidays! These pics are especially mouthwatering for me as I will be going to Perth in Scotland next Easter and I can't wait! We are doing a homeexchange and I have never been further north than Edinburgh! Christa

I read Leo's stuff for a long time and had never heard of Fly Lady - heading over to check it out! I'm not subscribed to Leo's blogs any more and rather just stop in when I think about it. A step in my minimalist journey to now only pop over when i feel the desire! I love some of your recent posts on this area. Pursuing it has been a wonderful thing for me and our home. (culling the photos recently was easy as my mind was well and truly ready for it, so I was pretty ruthless!). I hope your residence finishes wonderfully and that you have a great blog holiday.

He only metioned it in a recent post. When you look you will see that many many of his ideas come from there, but he puts his own interesting slant on them. Good that he acknowledges the influence I thought. I too just 'pop over'....Your comment about it being easy because your mind was ready - I love that!
