Did you like the poem by Richard Le Gallienne? (see 12 July.)

I love it, especially the last line 'So what could I do but laugh and go?'

I'd like that as my epitaph please, when the time comes!

This year's baby swallows flew the nest today.

I wonder if they laugh as they go....

well i didn't know about that quote until now, but i have just had a delightful time reading about dorothy parker online, and now must get some of her books...her quotes page is hilarious!
