The author Niki Segnit writes with wit and humour about pairings of flavours (thesaurus being a bit of a misnomer). Just reading the contents list on Amazon had my mouth watering and was enough to persuade me I want to read more - Roasted, Cheesy, Earthy, Mustardy, Green and Grassy, Creamy Fruity, Bramble and Hedge...
