Simply..a bargain....

I do love a bargain and perhaps because I am a small size I am very lucky in the sales. In fact I rarely pay full price for anything.

This year I have bought a big warm scarf (50% off), a pair of shoes (25% off - so glad I waited) and this hat which I simply adore. (Children's department of M&S £12 reduced to £4.)

Don't laugh. It's age 6 - 10! I'm not that small! Chilfdren these days must just have big heads....

It's my Venice hat.

Has anyone else been to the sales?

Love the starry sky hat - just sewing in ends on my starry sky socks (navy & sparkly)!!
I didn‘t specifically go to the sales but while buying dogfood (!) saw some snazzy navy ankle boots (shop in the same complex...) my daughter would love - last ones bc large size and reduced by 70%; leather uppers, made in Europe... she was really thrilled (even though she is way beyond me buying her clothes, at 24!!), happy daughter, happy mum!! 👍😃

Not laughing, but smiling that it occurred to you to try on a children’s hat just in case... and ‘just in case’ worked out! I’ve often thought that children’s clothes are so much more fun than adults’ ones.

Can't help wondering what it means that the lovely starry hat is your
Venice hat.
Not in the sales but I did buy a pair of shoes, no heels, colour burgundy.
