I can recommend raspberry with white chocolate topped with fresh mint. This cute little building on the shore, not five minutes walk from my house, has just opened as an ice cream shack. Sooo tempting! And for a village without a shop it is a big event.

temptation much too close for me. those covid pounds I gained & now lost would be right back on...especially if they carried butter pecan or white house ice cream. I
surely would try to justify the 5 min walk as walking off those calories, when if fact it wouldn't even be close. your choice looks so good, though.

It's wonderful that small independent enterprises like this, are springing up, post-Lockdown. A fresh coffee shack was started up near here, during lockdown by a group of young people. It's on a farm up a small lane, but is being well supported and appreciated.
I hope that the new era heralds more small rural enterprises, and wish the young people well, in a time when their prospects are tough.
