That sounds fun! A month abroad is a lovely thing to do because you really settle in and start feeling like you're living there rather than just visiting. And the food...
That's what I hope to do Lotta and yes, the food.....
Wow, wow, wow !!
Am very excited Penny!
What a great experience! We'll travel with you vicariously...that's probably the only way I'll get to Venice. Don't worry, I'll enjoy seeing it through your eyes.
I do hope to share it through the blog Cathy.
Ah, Venice and writing, what an exciting combination. Literature holds proof of many great names who made the same connection.
It looks like a lot of travelling by book will be done before February.
Wishing you so much joy in anticipating.
Already feeling the joy of anticipation. Thank you for the kind wishes Cath.
we would love to hear how you came to choose venice as your destination...what a wonderful treat!
Will probably be blogging about Venice till you are tired of hearing about it!
What a lovely way to spend your month writing. If I remember correctly, you do this during February(?). There couldn't be a better time to spend a month in this amazing city -- few tourists, cool weather and clear days.
Here's to months of delightful anticipation!
Thanks for your comments CC and yes, it's going to be mid Feb - mid Mar (avoiding expensive Carnivale).
That is something to look forward too. I remember you living there once before when you were younger, hopefully it will wash away your February blues! Sarah x
I studied there for just a week - but found it fascinating and told myself I would go back Sarah. Februaries are. now a rosy shade of pink!
