Am going to live in Venice for a month (my rather grandly named Writing Month) next winter!

That sounds fun! A month abroad is a lovely thing to do because you really settle in and start feeling like you're living there rather than just visiting. And the food...

Ah, Venice and writing, what an exciting combination. Literature holds proof of many great names who made the same connection.

It looks like a lot of travelling by book will be done before February.

What a lovely way to spend your month writing. If I remember correctly, you do this during February(?). There couldn't be a better time to spend a month in this amazing city -- few tourists, cool weather and clear days.

I studied there for just a week - but found it fascinating and told myself I would go back Sarah. Februaries are. now a rosy shade of pink!
