What a bright and cheery morning greeting against the darkness - we are about to go up to Scotland and sit in our tin to listen to the lashing rain! I hear it has been bad at high tide along Luce Bay - hope the caravan has not floated away.
Strong gusts of wind for much of the day but calmer now and for tomorrow. Have a good journey and I hope all is well Viv.
Freda....you are so right! Loving what IS, is the answer to happiness..and the hardest task of all. It seems like you are turning an important corner...and flowers, elegance of presentation and caring for self are helpful, esp on a dark morning of lashing rain.
Loving What Is, the book by Byron Katie, is a favourite.
Freda, your blog is simply beautiful, full of wonderful photos and sage words. Thankyou, it makes a difference to my ‘what is ‘ x
Thank you so much PennyL.
What gorgeous colour and contrast.
Since reading through your blog from the beginning this year I have been copying your idea of tableaux.
I have always done this to some extent but now I’m sorting out and clearing they are more minimalist and I love them.
Thank you, Sue
I think it such a simple pleasure. Glad you like them too.
A bright and lovely oasis in a storm.
I was very conscious of being warm and safe and fortunate!
If you crop the lamp out of the top of the pic with your finger it looks like the whole scene is lit by the egg! Love it. And what is... (mostly) :-)
I love that Lotta; you're right it does!
Yes! I see just what you mean Lotta.
Ah, the comfort of a boiled egg.
With a dab of butter and just the right amount of salt. Lovely.
