Next week I will deal with the warmongers, disarm the gangs, sort out the badly behaving politicians and solve the climate crisis. This week I have crises of my own, and will concentrate on supporting the people I know who are having a hard time one way and another. It's the best I can do right now and I will give it all I've got. Today was dry and sunny and I was so grateful!  Watching the sun rise this morning.

Such an astounding view to have a cup of coffee or tea and think about the good and kind things we can do that will ripple out into the World and raise all our consciousness so that maybe some day all these terrible things happening will not exist any longer. Think about how many people you affect all over the world with your Blog, Freda. I am grateful for you.

We don't have such a wonderful view, being surrounded by houses but this morning I had my breakfast accompanied by 2 blue tits sitting in the little tree and very fleetingly a tiny chirruping wren, all a very welcome sight.

It is good to recognise what we can and can't do and caring for those close to us helps them, helps keep ourselves on an even keel and as Mary R says the ripples of love and care spread out further than we imagine. I hope looking at the beautiful scenery soothes your soul and helps you see the best path through your immediate problems and the rest of the world can just wait.
