Simply..drinking....

Water, water, water.

More than ever before.

I have to remind myself, as I don't seem to feel thirsty often, by filling a jug and leaving it out in the kitchen. We are lucky to have good drinking water on tap in Scotland, but I've also been enjoying Pellegrino sparkling water - just for a change and because I like the taste. I do feel better for drinking more. It's hard to explain the difference it makes - am I imagining I feel more alert, more energetic, less likely to snack?

I've also just taken delivery of half a case of champagne and am thinking up occasions to drink it!!  Sometimes I go a little mad....but in a good way.

And I'm so frugal in so many ways.

And it was half price.

What are you drinking?

I am a tea drinker through and through, never drink water or alcohol - strange but true.

That sounds very British! You will like this post about Teapot Hill journeynorthof49.blogspot.co.uk/2014/11/five-on-friday.html (perhaps you've already read it....)

That'll be the benign influence of Mireille Guiliano at work sans doute!

On Thursday- really savoured drinking Pink Champagne out of a beautiful crystal flute - in the middle of an alcohol free month- tasted blissful . Toasting the safe arrival of Harrison James T- 8 lbs. 6ozs.

What a wonderful reason to drink champagne. Congratulations! That is lovely, and a lovely name too.

Water or herb tea for me, please, mainly sage, nettle, ginger and (my favourite) linden. Each herb has it's own time during the day. And from time to time I switch (have read one should do so regularly), to thyme, dandelion and that South African we call Rooibos.

Bought Mireille's second book in a charity shop yesterday and am now halfway through it. Didn't even consider leaving half of my Leek and potato and Blue Vinney soup and delicious bread roll at lunchtime, but I did relish it!! Have decided I definately need some joie de vie, and you are inspiring me still!

Our bodies are a large % water. By drinking water, you're replenishing yourself with yourself so to speak. I love drinking water, but have issues with other healthy habits

Whilst I am in the office at work I am back on Green Tea or Pukkas Ginger Tea until after lunch now the mornings are cooler - in the summer I mainly drank water until after lunch. After lunch I have an ordinary decaff tea. I really want to get back into juicing when I get home as I felt the benefits of this to my health were huge but at the moment I am not home until after 7pm and just too tired even though I know it would make me feel better!

I've not tried juicing Viv (I couldn't link to your website unfortunately..)
