So very beautiful with lovely, little creative flashes and pops of colour that combine to make it Freda's garden.Thank you for the tour and I am sure your visitors enjoyed it rain or not. So lovingly tended as well, you should be proud.

The photos are stunning, Freda..i wish there was a site where we could see a short video tour...nature is incredible the way it rebounds..and YOU are too! You are sounding so good in spite of the disastrous weather you had to face! Good on you! And yes, to more food and no just snacks...:-)

Getting back to 'normal' now Julia (had a haircut at last!).

Love the pops of colour, the mix of textures and the general sunniness of the vistas--even in the rain. Great job, Freda.

I admire that you're a plants-woman. (I'm yet to gain such knowledge)
And, I love the pops of colour and contrasts of tone.

Gardening is such a creative thing and the learning is life-long which I do like..

Wonderful! Such variety... Lovely to get a feel of it all and I'm enjoying your lupins on the cusp of opening... mine seem to have disappeared! What is the tiny pale green (or white?) plant to each side under the wooden seat Freda?
Also having a little giggle at the 'toupee' by the red table! You didn't have any presidents visiting did you? :-)

The plant is a saxifrage Lotta and the 'toupee' a carex - I thought it looked like a little dog!
