Simply..more loose ends than a bowl of spaghetti....

If I've not replied to your comment
If I didn't get the link to your site fixed
If I forgot to get back to the subject I started out on
If I meant to write a comment but didn't
If I didn't put up that photograph I mentioned
If you've noticed any other 'loose ends' in the blog this year
Forgive me!
It's like that at the year's end when I realise that my to-do list for 2014 will just have to be abandoned now (secretly cheering!) - there are only 3 days left. I'll never do it. It's quite impossible.

There's always next year....

A new year...a new list. We all have great intentions...time just doesn't always seem to be on our side.

Great blog...I'm looking forward to another year.

My lists are often quite unrealistic Cathy! Thanks for your comments.

The loose ends have been noted along the way.
1. How did your writing course go.
2. Did you do that walk in May that you seemed enthusiastic about.
3. How is your February writing of your book coming along
To name but three - oh well, now we'll never know.
Have a great 2015 Freda.

Uh-oh! Knew I wouldn't get away with anything!!
1 The writing course was excellent though I didn't sign up for longer as travel to Glasgow in January is tough.
2 Chickened out.
3 Am looking forward to this February's BIG PUSH.
Have a great 2015 Elaine!

For a brief moment I thought about asking about your dark painting
but what if then you inquire about my drawing this year? So on second thought although being very interested I will not, especially as your loose ends to me are not loose ends at all and mine are...

That's okay. Let go of all of that! My word for 2015 is "surrender." It's all about letting go.

What?!? ...you're not perfect? Hahaha
You ARE generous to show us your beautiful garden glimpes of Scotland, your thoughts and ideas. Your smart, chic yet real blog exposes this semi-rural Virginian to a lots of things I had no knowledge of. (What? I'm not perfect either -notice sentence ending in preposition)

Far from perfect Gail but as sole writer, editor, photographer and publisher here I choose to show you only my best side!! But (oh dear, starting a sentence with a prepostiion...) I do try to keep it real too. Love that you like it.

hi freda, not sure if you intend to just burn the remaining 2014 to-do's, but it is a thought, eh? one i have never entertained...but might do so this time...wouldn't that be liberating?
best in the new year!
and thank you for all the pleasurable reading this last year.

Some will come up again next year of course, but for now I'm just clearing it all from my head. All the best for 2015!
