And then i watched the youtube video that grace posted..and the one that automatically loaded next: his TED talk...wow! In that strange, synchronicity way a friend showed me the book which she had bought for her grandaughter just this week. He seems a lovely man, from watching the youtube clip, and has created a beautiful book. Great way to start the new year, thank you.

Mackesy is reminding me of the last lines of Tom Hennen's prose poem: Autumn's Door .....
'Sometimes it's as though a door has opened in the landscape so that we can see clearly each leaf, the sharp outline of each grass blade, and know for an instant just why we are here on this earth that is so loaded down with beauty it is about to tip over.'
