So, not edited the way I would like, or sized or positioned on the page, here is a random selection - roses at breakfast (thank you Lucy!); Jennie's wonderful garden - she has an excellent eye for scale and colour; the place where I sit and birdwatch on the shore; a vase of azalea mollis which has scented the room for over a week; the creative mowing regime is working out well so far....
Uploading photos to the blog is really cumbersome and slow since I changed to Windows 10. I am seriously thinking of changing back.

They may not be edited how you'd like, but they're lovely pictures Freda (I'm enjoying them big!) and I do envy you your bird watching spot on the shore.

Oh very! and yet....I would not be talking to you....My birdwatching spot is marvellous. I think a pair of golden plovers are also nesting on the shore.

Lupines always remind me of my mother's gardens in England where I grew up. Summers are simply too hot to grow them here. But what really strikes me in your selection is the beautiful variety of color and texture in the flowers and landscapes. Simply lovely.

I am growing a packet of mixed lupin seeds and can't wait to see what colours appear - this red was from such a mix. They are a very 'English country garden' flower. The annuals in particular have a lovely scent too.

lovely pictures, Freda. encourages me to go out & cut more honeysuckle to bring in. I take the vase with me from room to room so enjoy its fragrance.

Beautiful photos, even if you've not got the hang of Windows 10 yet (I'm still resisting). And, oh, to be able to walk out of the house with a mug of coffee and sit by the shore. It sounds like a little bit of paradise!

The photographs are beautiful. I can sit and watch the creative mowing one for a very long time.

I think this might be the case Cath as Weebly have not responded to my request for help and they usually do so within 24 hours. Perhaps they are inundated!

Even though the photo display did not turn out as you hoped they would , Freda...my first thought was: take time to smell the roses!!! Take time to breathe it all in.....And that was badly needed by me...thank you! Xoxoxo

Those roses smell divine and yes, we must take the time to smell them, and the honeysuckle, the stocks, the sweet peas to come....scent is one of the best things about a garden at this time of year.

My roses are not out yet - these were given to me by a friend. And oh, how I agree about how frustrating the computer can be Sarah!
