What mark would you give yourself?
..snowdrops usually appear beside this bridge, photographed earlier this month. I hope to go and look tomorrow but the forecast is for sleet and snow so....maybe I'll stay by the fire as I seem to have been doing for most of January apart from a weekly journey to the city. Feeling very lazy but enjoying it, and giving myself perhaps 6 out of 10 for my health and fitness efforts :-(
What mark would you give yourself?

When I was in the UK/IRE last couple of weeks, my daughter and I walked 5-10 miles each day (before crawling back to our hotel each night). Now that I am home, I can barely bring myself to get up and make a cup of tea; I am so tired. So this week--a definite 0.

Oh well done both of you (and if you take an average over a few weeks....) Have a good rest,

What a pretty little bridge... beautiful light and reflections. Isn't is nice when you've lived somewhere for years that you get to know these little spots of firsts and lasts...

The bridge was restored by Heritage Lottery funding and the village. I have this image of you flinging out stars - wonderful!

Lotta, can I have it for effort? Now the bulbs are coming through, I thought I'd show them to best effect by weeding and turning the earth. (Exercise). Got togged up in jumper, old fleece, old gilet, struggled into wellingtons, opened the back door - raining. Forced myself to go and get the car cleaned instead.

Absolutely! It's a self-replicating star so there should be plenty to go round...

If i was to measure how i am doing by the “rules” that are out there, i would be doing a 3-4 out of 10. I’m going to just believe that each day i am doing the best i can, with no “shoulds”. I am enjoying my artwork, my reading, the snow..and my friends..and sometimes i walk and do yoga. But i also do a lot of housework each day....:-)

Julia, my mantra has always been from Capt Kangaroo (do you know that really really old children's program?) He said ' the best I can do, is the best I can do & I'm doing the best that I can.'
