I used to go there when I was a landscape student. It was very old fashioned and dark (I liked it though) and the park was sad and tired. There was a tiny wee café, with good coffee.

I'd love it to win the Stirling Prize.

Inspiring architectural transformation.

In the city here, the council is considering what to do with the old city hall, which is a Victorian red stone building that sits in a prominent spot. So far, the "highest use" identified is to turn it into a shopping mall -- anything but inspiring.
