Are you managing to find things to be cheerful about this November?
Only a couple of hurs sunshine today, so I made the most of it by eating my healthy breakfast outside. It was very cold.
Full marks for trying Freda!

We do, we do! Seeing friends face-to-face is the best of reasons to be cheerful. And even a few small things each day help us along,, a you say Gwendoline. Lovely to hear from you.

Freda, remember that you are now adjusting to a very slow schedule compared to what you have been up to for a long time. And you had that wonderful Gallery experience and time with friends. and in comparison to what is going on now it must feel rather bleak. Give yourself time to adjust. Do you plan to paint some more?

It is proving quite difficult to adjust! I do you have another painting in mind but it is so cold in the studio just now that it may have to wait. Meanwhile, I am finding more and more nice small things.

Oh Freda - so long since I read your blog and my what a lot I have missed. So pleased that the exhibition went well and that you may have sunshine on Sunday - when I look at the forecast I sometimes think of you and wonder about you and your pink gate. It seems to have survived and so do you. We have been blessed by two more grandchildren in the past 6 months and life has been suitably hectic. Both Cece and Lundy are doing wonderfully and we are loving them. So reasons to be cheerful this November - absolutely x

Like you Freda , I have always found November , January and February, to be dark and cheerless months.

That is wonderful to hear! May your days be filled with many small pleasures and your recovery be steady. X
